This earthy, creamy and slightly sweet cheddar shows the skills of the cheesemaker. Ian Fowler comes from the oldest family cheese company in England and has brought 13 generations of skills to work with milk from cows grazing on the lush Tasmanian pastures. Ian believes that this gentle complex cheddar is different from others because the high quality milk is respected by pasteurising it at lower temperature for longer. It is not hard to see why this is an award winning cheddar.
