About the event

Gareth from Warrumbungle Wines is serious about making wine to age. The good news is that he does not take himself too seriously.    In an exploration of terrior you will taste a range of wine varietals paired with the seasons best cheeses chosen by The Cheeseboard affineur, Wendy Downes. At this tasting you will experience the influence of the soils, microbes, climate and location has on wine and cheese.
