The affectionately named Nannybert, not only reflects Annie’s passion for her animals, but also show cases her skills as a cheese maker. The award winning cheese is fresh, creamy and delicate with hints of mushroom and straw.
Annie brings her dairy farming heritage and the sense of humour, one that is needed when working with goat, to her cheese. Although the farm is not certified organic, it is chemical free and the cheeses are preservative free.
